It cant be Japan because if it was we would have creepy toilets that talk to us and sray water like a water show 
I think Australia. In the Christmas mission there is no snow. They don't seem cold. there are lots of beaches. Its always sunny.
But then again its DEFIANTLY in a place called "Not set anywhere. Ioji was just thinking of things that are cool and putting them into one place"
Yes its a long name for a place and that place is just off the coast of England or maybe even the internet 
lets just say that BTC is based on a place where every thing is nice and its always sunny 
also in Australia there is a magazine that get homeless people to sell there magazine and they get half of what they sell so the last reason is not that good
