I think it's just that when you use /lol they take a few frames of your character stretched out a bit and repeat it over and over again. As far as I know it does not freeze in the middle of lolling, but rather, at the end of it is when this glitch occurs, sometimes. The glitch might be that it somehow ends on the stretched out frame instead of the regular normal sized one.
EDIT: When I was stretched out, I asked other people. I appeared normal on their screens.
Has anyone ever seen someone else who has been stretched out? _________________

It's an animation glitch, so it should display differently on each person's screen.
