Something like clues:

Kiosk. You're checking on new comics. Wait, a paper on the street. Empty, no writing, just an orange stain with small bubbles. Smells like lemon. You put it in your inventory. Lava lounge. You talk to Lucy Bawa. There's an option: Let me see that paper. You click it. She drops the paper on a lava tile. It's hot. You see a writing on it.

That kind of stuff.

I agree with the murder mystery. Maybe this "bartender" could be murdered out while he was eating at that Sushi Castle. You could ask witnesses questions, collect evidence and much more. Or the story could take place in that area suggestion that Hans made up. A graveyard.

what about a secret door in some place (lava lounge) that leads to a tunnel system that leads to quzzos secret room then all the sudden you hear him yell " whose in there!!!!!!!!" then the robot tells you to go to a place then when you look at the map anouther place is there. Also a continuation story line of the bartender would be nice (whats his real name any ways? ). One last thing there should be an SL in the big building.[/quote]

Murder mystery would be best...

But not in the way that the clues tell you exactly what's happening. You should have to figure it out, by examining clues and interrogating witnesses and stuff.

Locations could be all around BTC, the Police Station, and an apartment that would be the scene of the crime.

What about this..

It starts out with the feather disappearing from it's location in the park when talking to Jeb He tells you that When he took his daily nap he woke up to find that the parks beloved feather was gone! He directs you to Chris (Bob's brother who works at the new kiosk) who tells you that there has been a disturbance in The Yellow Building with pipes* that is to the right of the kiosk. Once talking to him, a location bubble appears above the Yellow building*

Once entering the building it appears to be Deserted, The interior seems like no one has been in here for years (Broken windows, dust, spiderwebs, Etc.) From there you go Through various doors, but it's not that easy, there would be more than one door in each room causing you to check each door, some may lead to a trap causing you to start over; some might even lead you Straight to a public location! But that is not all, There would be some riddles like those in the SL, but it would be toned down a little, as if someone had gotten trapped here with the feather and left clues... The rest would be up to ioji.
