we should have a court house and like someone could be the judje if you get reported and you can get a lawyer!that would be amazing!!

No. It's because mods are like judges already, they get evidence if you did something wrong or not so this is not something you could use for now. Maybe some day Morzer, just maybe some day.  |

The idea is useless...
The mods do have a perfect right to warn someone and they shouldn't have to waste time doing this...
Though, i'd love to be able to say Objection!

No, I'd say just a hammer. The hammer isn't the one who actually bans, it'd be the thing which symbolises a decision being made; that decision may not even be a ban.

I like it morzer, it might even give us a chance to give an explantion on our side of the story. Example: I liked a boy that me and my friend knows. my friend asked me if I ***** him. in that case those stars stand for the word LOVED. she got reported. but she really just didn't want anyone else to see it because she doesn't have the privledge to whisper. it was a mistake. someone else thought she ment to say a bad word.
