Well, whenever I go to BTC and I say something and say something t the same time as someone else, or the quizbot goes away, I loose server connection for like 5 minutes, and I have tried 3 different programs, on 2 different computers. And sometimes it just looses server connection when no one says anything for like 5 minutes. It really get's annoying, because I was in the middle of something REALLY important in bar 1, it lost connection and I had to wait like 10 minutes and by that time, I ended up in bar 3 and 2. |

It is, we have 4/4 bars; Connected, with a speed of 400.0 Mbps. only thing is that on the modem everything has the green light except the Internet tab, the DSL, Power, Ethernet, and Activity are lit up, not the internet. |

Is it only to BTC or the whole warbears website (forum etc)? Because I sometimes have a similar issue in which the Warbears website suddenly goes offline for 10 minutes and my internet is perfectly fine. _________________

Well I just started noticing that its when someone leaves the phone off the hook for a couple min, or if someone calls and we pick up the phone. And yes, it is ALL of BTC. |

I think you mean kbps. I doubt dial-up has speeds that fast.
Also, you can't have dial-up AND dsl, it's one or the other. If you have dial-up you'll know because if you try to watch a video on youtube it will take a long time to load, etc.
Unfortunately this is not fixable with the current hookup you have -- whenever the phone rings your internet connection will be temporarily disconnected.
EDIT: To be sure though, go here and hit "begin test". tell me what it says after the test is done in the box (it will give your download speed in either mbps or kbps). If you have dial-up, your speed will most likely be below 56 kbps. If you have cable/dsl, it will be more than that.
