Can't vote on Polls and Boxy Glitch.

I can't seem to be able to vote on any of the Polls.I've cleared my cache and reset my computer.I've tried different browsers and everything.I've used Google Chrome (my usual), IE and Firefox.Is anyone else having problems?
Also.

I've had this glitch over the last few days quite frequently, I didn't take notice the first time as I thought it was a off.But even just clicking my profile or the Forum is comes up.I end up resetting the whole laptop and I've cleared my cache.I'm using Google Chrome but I've tried others and it's the same.

I'm a bit a confused. This happens on all of your browsers or just Chrome? It looks like an application problem but most of the browsers mentioned are very stable.

Look into any weird settings you may have on your apps. The only thing that could be related to the website is the PM pop-up.

Captin, it comes up with the same on all the different browsers.Also how do I access application settings?

This (both glitches) has happened to me a few times over the weekend, but mine actually got fixed by clearing my cache. Thats weird how mine can get fixed that way and hers cant. I use Google Chrome by the way.
