i don't know if this goes under technical or what but warbears has sent me 2193 e mails. Do you know how to make it stop? also do you want a pick of it?

Well, you have to turn off that option.
Go to Profile, edit, and on the left, you can turn it off.

Obviously, you delete them.

That setting 'follows' the topic meaning you'll get an email if someone posts in it.

Occasionally, the feature is turned on because your signature is validated.

Mark the WB e-mails as spam. It should then put it in your spam box.

The reason is that you're still following those topics.
If you use an email client, some can add rules to these subject names to send to the junk mail and out of sight.

I know Apple Mail does that.
