it would be funny if we could the clapper for the shower.
I hope he/she likes cold water 
I still think the clapper should be a separate item (you have the option of choosing which item it applies to).
Or
All the items comes with the clapper (but you would have to pay a bit more to have it, or else its just the item) and when you edit your house, you click on the item and choose either "on" or "off"
