| I was wondering if we would ever be able to use the links to use images for avvys. I rather use that than get it straight off my computer. Oh, can jog my memory on how to create your paint images avvy sized? |

(okay that's two questions but whatever)
Firstly, the avatar thing, we used to be able to upload from an off-site link but this feature was removed with the site update. I'm afraid you'll just have to download and upload.
Second, here's a guide to resizing images in Paint.
