| Well, I want to change my Google homepage wallpaper. So, I click "Change Background Image", but I can't see the tag to choose an image from my computer?? |

You can't select an image from your computer. The reason is is that the background (or "theme") works with the whole browser, including the tabs and search bar.
Google (as far as I know) haven't come up with an editor to make your own themes yet, so you have to choose from a selection of different ones.

Woah. Just found out something. You can only choose one from your computer by going to the American website... (google.com instead of google.co.uk) |

I'm curious, why change the background of Google anyway? Whenever I did, it looked horrible.
