Maybe spirit of the year is too vague. We can use Most Friendly and Most Helpful and etc. But I suppose we can use Spirit of the Year as an overall reward but whoever is nominated can't be nominated for the others. I dunno, I justu want more ways for others to get the recognition they deserve.

And how about two different sections for things, like "Funniest Citizen" and "Funniest Poster", so everyone gets a shot.
