Ioji has said that the website needs a fresh new layout, so why can't you help him?
Rules:
The entry must have all the sections it has now, but you are free to add new ones.
Nothing rude or inappropriate.
ONE entry per person. Anybody sending in more than one entry WILL be kicked out of the competition.
Voting will be held by poll, and you'll have two weeks for making your entry and one for voting.
Prizes:
The winning entry will be sent to Ioji as a suggestion for the new layout.

| I was thinking maybe the warbears on the upper right hand corner could be animated. Too busy with minecraft right now to animate them. |

You've got to be more specific... designing the whole website would take forever. By sections, would that include error pages? The about page? Privacy page?
Narrow it down a little. 
EDIT: Also, for Ioji to use the design, we'd all have to have separate images for the header, bear, tabs... whatever.

The sections: BTC, Missions, Garage and Forum.
You don't have to redesign it completely, but you'll have to notice the differences. |

I like the idea, but, it seems like it would be simpler to just redesign the homepage.

| Eh I took it as redesign whatever page you want. The main things you would be changing would be at the top of the page anyways and therefore on every tab. I was unsure about how many entrants there would be though. |

A little clearer on the rules would help.
