Ugh...ever heard of "having to round down"?
3/3 = 9.4 % approx.
29/32 = 90.6 % approx.
The poll might've just rounded down in case the toll somehow both rounded up and went to like 101 %.
Either way, it's not a big deal, in any way. |

Sorry, but how the heck would you know? As matter of fact, there is no posts relating to this in the bug hunter forum which I did a quick search on. As far as I'm concerned, this is my first encounter.
Speaking of which, this 'bug' is just an issue with how the polling system calculates. If there were decimals involved, it would be different for sure but keep in mind these are approximates and you should try and take them with a pinch of salt.

Well, 'fraid not. And the fact that I have no knowledge says otherwise.
Besides, the least you could do is, you know, not argue with somebody who has, you know, the list of known bugs with a couple of clicks away. If you seriously want to continue, I await a PM.
