Welcome to the games that keep on giving, the one, the only, the Bedtime City Games Championships!
Bedtime City Games (BTCG) Championships is a challenge thread to BTC's favorite (and only) mini games and a possible new one if I get around to it. BTCG Championships is expected to show the best in people, and especially for good sportsmanship. Some new things will also be started. You also may be wondering, "Is this going to fail?" even if it does, don't give a damn, have fun while it's up, and I doubt it'll go anywhere as long as I'm around.  With that being said, enjoy BTCG Championships!

Our first war is under way with sign-ups ending on April 11th sign up today. The sides are Fishmen vs. Groundhogs. Yes it's based on the Warbears enemies. To sign up, PM me, stating what team you want to be on, if you'd like to be randomly placed, just PM me saying you want to be randomly placed. Good luck.[/b]

~Rankings~
Rankings show how good you are in certain games. Winning, losing and cheating games affect your ranks.
The rules of rankings are (excluding Champion):
- The difference between the number of wins and losses determines your rank.
- The number of matches played will determine your rank slightly.
- The number of Xs determines your rank (see the Cheating Section below).
- Stats will only be altered if you play against anyone above or below by 3 ranks. For example, if you were at Rank #6, you can face anyone from Rank #3 to Rank #9 for stats. This rule is excluded for the Multiplayer Minigames Championship, but can only receive stats from the other championships.

When you become the Number 1 Contender, you cannot improve your rank any further apart from championship matches. To have the chance of a championship match, you must win a match against anyone from #1 to #5 in the appropriate game. If you win, your rank will freeze and you can decice the championship match rules as long as the rules are acceptable.
The Champion can accept or decline the match. If the Champion declines, you can play another match with anyone from #1 to #5 in order to play the championship match. If you lose the second time, your rank unfreezes and will drop. If you win the second time, the Champion must accept the match and you have the chance to win the belt!
Do note that championship matches cannot have 3 players.
When you win a championship match, the previous Champion will move down and cannot play the next championship match, while you take the number 1 spot! Champions can be in the first rank with the limit of a month (from the first to the last day of the month). To remain as a Champion, you will need to have a championship match for at least every month.
A Champion can accept or decline matches if the Number 1 Contender has only won once in the same rank. If the Number 1 Contender wins twice in the same rank, then you must play the championship match.

Q: How does this work out?
A: Basically, BTCG Championships is made up of the BTC Mini games, and possibly new games to come.
Q: Is this like the BTC-lympics?
A: The BTC-lympics are pretty much made from BTCG Championships when Griz was in charge of it, but BTC-lympics and BTCG are seperate.
Q: Can I partake in this awesome thing?
A: I don't know, can you? (Just kiddin', you can. Anxious )
Q: What are the leaderboards?
A: The leaderboards keep track of everyone on an infinant Overall and a Top 10 for each game. The more points you get, the better chance you have of getting on the Leaderboards.
Q: How can I be the champion?
A: You'd have to play the current champion in the game he/she is champion in and you must be The Number 1 Contender to challenge him/her.
Q: Okay smart guy, how do i become Number 1 Contender?
A: Simply by working your way to the Number 2 slot on the leaderboard, once there, then you have your shot at BTCG Pixels.
Q: Can I hold all belts?
A: Yes, but obviously it'll be hard, but like Lucbou and Grizzly said in the past, it's quite hard.
Q: Do my rankings carry over from the past?
A: No.
Q: Will anything new come to BTCG Championships?
A: Yes, what I'm going to try and organize is a BTCG Weekly Champion, this would start fresh weekly, ranking from Overall charts won't carry over, and should keep the thread more active. Smile

Oh guys, just to let you know, I'm not giving anyone the title slot for any championship just yet, I'll let you know by the end of the week who will be the title holder. War sides will be posted in the future I don't want to boom right into this, I'm just going to mellow in and when it seems to be nice and secure, I'll start the wars up again.
Also guys, I'm going to start up something new. I'm going to create a roster for BTCG. Meaning if you want to challenge someone you can play whoever is on the roster. This also means that challenges from people not on the roster won't count on the charts. So sign up for the BTCG Roster by PMing me!
