Also, you guys should maybe brainstorm up some of the forum descriptions?

The forum descriptions at the moment, they'd have to be (possibly) witty but informative in the same sentence.
Working from that (just thinking of a few here):
Film and TV - It's not terrible, just poorly scripted.
Music - Get your earplugs ready.
Art and Literature/Design (if these were merged, which I like the idea of) - Learn something new about languages and design. Or not. |

Well Pancake, I think they do because people can misinterpret the meaning of a name, and also because people who don't speak English fluently (of which there are people on this site, though perhaps not many) might be confused unless there's a description. |

Okay, okay, I concede. Anyway, can anybody else think of any good captions? |

Well, I've seen Art and Literature and Design as separate forums a bunch of times in the past and, regardless of whatever ambiguity someone may or may not find in their names, I have to say it works pretty nicely. Not to mention the differences in content will actually be quite stark:
Art and Literature
"Let's make a book!"
"Post your short stories here"
"How Vincent Van Gogh changed my life"
"The Twilight thread"
"My fanfic novel part 1"
"OMG I went to the Louvre"
"It's Haiku time!"
Design
"Pancake's Signature Competition"
"The Photoshop thread"
"Need a cheap wacom tablet pronto, suggestions?"
"The Avatar Workshop (Help Wanted)"
"Guys, look what I just made on Illustrator!"
"~Pixel Art!~"
"Jefff's Pivot Thread IS BACK"
Merging these two would be... hardly not chaotic
Also, in my opinion, and seeing as how it's been a while since the last forum makeover... the further this thing goes, the better. The broader our choices are, as weird as it may sound, the easier it'll be to tell which stuff is unpopular/doesn't work, and narrow things down from there. My personal advice, providing this whole thing happens: Don't be afraid of making bold decisions regarding new topics. There's little to lose, no regrets, and it sure as hell is gonna be a breath of fresh air. _________________ TUB THREAD.

Yeah merging those two would be merging two very different things. It wouldn't really work.
I think Design needs its own forum. |

I'm a bit worried that Warbears has too few people working with art/literature and design. Therefor, not merging them might make both forums basically deserted. |

Having a whole forum to design will promote it, how I see it.
Either way we should give it a go and if it doesn't work just change it later. |

It can't be nearly as bad as Guides and Help (Or the whole Missions sub-forum for that matter) and it should give everyone a pretty clear idea of everyone's preferences.
Not to mention there is absolutely nothing at risk, but in fact, it'll be easier to get people interested in both Art/Literature and Design now, seeing as how there won't be any more sunken topics. _________________ TUB THREAD.
