You'd be surprised for what surgery can do. There have been a couple surprises I've noticed. Like body morphing, where people can put implants in any part of their body (back, chest, etc.) to be shaped as an object and show out of their skin. And also this isn't really surgery, but someone can have their tounge split in half because it turns out your tounge is two seperate muscles and they could move freely once split (Eww and ouch).
There also is apparently surgery for the unlucky people without those adorable dimples (getting that once I have enough money).

In Taiwan, a woman did a sex-changing surgery. By accident, his "thing" had a huge contrast to the one in the quote...

Actually, there this person in Britain that wanted to look like the devil so he split his tongue into a forked tongue! He's got horns has well!  |

Im sure everyones heard about the guy who tattooed himself all over to look like a tiger. Well, he got his ears modified to look pointed (like a cats ears). Not only that, he got these metal tubes planted into the skin above his upper lip, so he can fit wire whiskers into them.
It was disgusting. |

Dimple surgery... Huh... I have one that's a scar, it's a mark on my cheek but when I smile it turns into a dimple.
