When i got on today i went straight to BTC.What first caught m attention was not being able to see my credits.Then i went to park and still.Not visible.So i went to map and i Realized.The outline thingy is like moved.
Screenie
Can anyone help me? 
Look at the screenie around the boarder.Like the Options and Credits place.

Maybe its lag? Actually, I just had a deja vu, I THINK I had this glitch before...
Perhaps the screen didn't load properly. |

Oh, I get what you mean...  Hehehe... Well the solution is to hold the "CTRL" button and use the scroller on your mouse. scrolling down should zoom out, scrolling forward should zoom in. |

Where it says 95% at the bottom right of the window, it should be 100%.
