You might want to try:

Odaiba
Harajuku
Shinjuku
Tokyo
Chiba
Ginza
Ikebukuro/Sunshine City
Ueno
Mt. Fuji (Including the Fujiyama A. Park)

Just to name a few. =D
Oh, and make sure to bring at least 30000 yen. AT LEAST. LIKELY, BRING MORE.
Also, before you go to Mt. Fuji if you do, make sure you find a decent hotel and bring everything you think you might need.
And two extra suitcases.
