So anyway, we were playing and we came across the word. And well, this happened. We tried every letter, we even used the same ones we used.

Taco, try to be seri-*Sniggers*
Um, well, I don't have any ideas myself, it has never happened to me. Did you try saying them instead of just clicking the letters? _________________

Saying the letters has no effect whatsoever.
There are 2 ways for this to happen (or so I've noticed)
1: Sit and play after the game has started. It may show several used letters (in addition to the starting clue and the player-chosen letters). This only happens with the first word, later words aren't affected.
2: One of the players can press letters twice (his/her own + someone else). This means that if this "someone else" doesn't press fast enough, the other player may press for them (silly, huh?). Sometimes this leads to simultaneous presses, making both of the letters seem used, but only one of them counts as used.
I'd say your situation is number 2.

I love how you like it's strange. Anything else useless and helpless you wish to say?
Warts, the problem will not be solved if you don't explain in detail... _________________ ^captincroc |

If they did guess the actual word then my guess would be that for some reason the quizbot just was recognizing the word. I think that the simple solution would be to just replace the word with a different one. _________________
