I tink its just a random name kinda like feather park |
Feather Park isn't random...theres a reason behind the name. Such as a feather comes from birds and birds=nature! And where would you find a bird? Mostly in places where theres no noise pollution! AKA: A park!
And for the BTC's name...I actually have no clue what so ever! |

Or maybe it is to do with the large fountain with a feather in. |

Yes that too, but that feather is there as to what the park is. It doesn't explain much about it being feather park. |

Maaybe that he called it Bedtime because... It would be ironic to have a group of super-awesome crime-fighting polar bears in a really rather sleepy town, thus he called it Bedtime. |

The one thing that has puzzled me ever since I first played Mission 1 offsite was the name BedTime City. Can't think of any logical explanation off-hand. _________________ TWO T-shirts!

I thought it was because "evil never rests", so the people in bedtime City are all "unevil", and therefore rest alot -- hence Bedtime City. |
