I have to say hamsters, because they are better as cuddly pets, gerbils don't usually like being handled, and their tails freak me out, and whoever keeps saying hamsters don't have tails, THEY DO, they're just small OK? SMALL.
Although since christmas i havn't had a full nights sleep usually about 2:20AM my hamster begins to bite on the bars or his cage, or try to undo the latch and escape.

I beg to differ. All you have to do to take care of a pet is feed it. Same goes for hamsters.

| Hamsters die really fast. You people only choose hamsters because they're cute and cuddly. Other than that, theres not much you can do with them. Although with Gerbils, you can actually show it off. "Hey, look at my ferocious Gerbil" in comparison "Hey, look at my boring Hamster" |
