This may have been suggested but.. what about if we bought lottery tickets from the news kiosk, and each month, one lucky citizen shall win hmm... 1000 credits...(each ticket costs 50 creds)

50 credits sounds a bit pricey, we can't all be champions at quizaboom!  How about you put in 10 credits, then it totals up all the money put in? Then it randomly selects a winner every week, and they win all the credits! It's not really a lottery, but still... |

This is just a new way to earn money for newcomers.
It's kinda unfair for the ones who played since 2007 (january) and wouldn't win and the newcomers get "free" cash. |

Not really, i see this more of an opportunity for the newcomers to LOSE money, as they will spend all their money saying "I'm gonna win!" and then having no money left.
