I guess you could make beta testers sign that beta testing agreement where they agree not to tell anyone (which I've forgotten the name of). |
But this is the internet, Stuart. This is a place where nothing you say you'll do will ever have to happen. People will say "ya i wnt tell any1" and agree, and 5 minutes after they go back to normal BTC, they'll talk to their friends about it.

Depending on how it's done, a non-disclosure agreement can be a legally binding contract. I've signed one before while on work experience.
Ioji would, theoretically, be able to take legal action about people who broke the non-disclosure agreement. |
