Just for the record, I have no intentions of being part of this. As it seems to me, we don't have enough people on this site to do cooperative stuff. Confused

So we don't have enough people for a new-letter team but we have enough for three forum games at once?

That's different, Twig. People can be involved with more than 1 game but the newsletter business doesn't have enough unique stories for everyone.

Yes it does. Every time somebody leaves or comes back or a well known player is banned or something happens on the forums you could do that. It's easy. YOU seem to find enough stories.

That would practically mean covering every topic in the forums to actually have different stories.

No, just interesting stuff. Like if a new topic that's worth looking into pops up.

The point is that there really aren't that many interesting things on the forum worth mentioning, one newsletter done by one person covers almost everything, how do you think a collaborative one will work out?

Well, I don't see why you have to stick to just forum topics. You could go broader - talking about new music, new games etc.

It is just there to inform people, after all.

I have one idea, we can have do a poll for the best joke of month and then put it in the newsletters.

This isn't really getting us anywhere, so from now on you'll have to PM me to join. You can apply to be the Editor, an Assistant Editor (there will be 2), or a Reporter.

The Editor will be the person who puts the newsletter together with reporters' articles. The deadline for applying to be the editor is Tuesday 15th November and then I'll make a poll for everyone to vote which applicant they'd like to be the editor.

Assistant Editors (2 places are available) will basically help the editor in designing the newsletter. They will be picked by the editor from the applicants once he/she has been chosen.

Reporters basically write articles for the newsletter and anyone who wants to be a reporter can be one.

To apply for any of the places just PM me saying which position you'd like. If you apply to be the editor and don't get picked, you will automatically be an applicant for Assistant Editor. Likewise, if you apply to be an Assistant Editor and don't get chosen, you'll automatically become a Reporter.
