hello i am new and i have done all the missions and then i created a caracther for BTC and it didnt put the credits award i the mission,i have only 500   |

You had to be logged in to earn the money. If you weren't then this is a glitch because someone said this to me the other day.

If you're stuck as to why you haven't got all the points take a look here for guides.
If you're saying you didn't get credits even when logged in; your profile suggests to me you did as it says you have 1500.
