Almost forgot about this..

Phase 4:
Pepper decided to play it safe. He knew that rushing through a random pathway would not necessarily provide the best outcome, and so waited for the others to travel through their respective hallways before he made his choice. After seeing Traktor make it through his corridor relatively unscathed, Pepper quickly scampered after him. What Pepper did not see, however, was the tripwire that Traktor had managed to avoid. Before even realising he was in danger, a guillotine came slicing through the air, and Pepper was decapitated.

Day 4: Still alive

Phase 5:
Rojoco was not pleased with his progress. After only finding a small amulet with an oval gem in the centre, he had sprained his ankle and managed to cut his hand. Such desire to find a legendary treasure had clouded Rojoco’s mind, and so he did not notice the ditch of acid in front of him. As he fell over the edge, he cursed the remains of his team.

With Zick finally dead phases can end early...

Phase 7:
Traktor, Jurgen and Constance were the last survivors. They made it through many a trap, and been rewarded with many a treasure. Now, at the last hurdle, Traktor’s greed overcame him as he decided he would not share his success with the others. Walking slightly behind Constance, he drew his knife and quickly slit Constance’s throat. Jurgen jumped back with shock as he realised what had happened and held his knife in defence. They both circled the room, waiting to see who would make the first move. Hurriedly, Traktor grasped some sand from the floor and threw it in Jurgen’s eyes. Jurgen, blinded, haphazardly swung his knife around him, hoping to injure Traktor in his madness. Traktor, however, kept his distance and managed to fracture Jurgen’s skull by throwing a large rock at him and so render him unconscious. Sweating from his victory, Traktor trudged towards the final room...

...And was greeted by gleaming, glittering piles of gold. Almost endless amounts of amulets, necklaces, gems, medallions and every other type of jewellery you could think of. Multitudes of green, red and blue shimmered throughout the room. At the centre, however, sat a black chest almost absorbing the bright light from the rest of the room. Intrigued, Traktor wandered over to it and carefully prised the lid open. Nothing. Nothing was inside. Traktor was slightly disappointed, but he cheered himself up by beginning to fit as much treasure inside his tiny little bag. As he began to leave, he heard a deep, low and resounding voice. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?” Traktor did not even turn around before darkness engulfed the room...
