If you look at the arrows pointed at non-graffiti areas you will see that you cannot see the money bar, journal buttons, map button, options, or chat box. How do I fix this?

You've zoomed the browser out slightly. Just zoom it back in.
Due to the way the webpage has been programmed, Ioji made it so the Flash window cannot be scaled up or down, so if you zoom out, parts of it will be cut off.

There isn't anything else to explain. It's not even a problem. It's just a case of zooming the browser out.

You could also try right clicking the screen to see if there is a zoom out option.

This has actually happened to me before. Except mine was worse.... My screen was almost filling the Warbears logo.
