Okay, well most of the time when I go into BTC, if I look to the left I see a flash of the moderator options on the map, but it goes away after not even a second, is it supposed to do that? _________________

I get it too.
I think it loads everything, then hides what you shouldn't have or something. _________________

That's what I'm thinking. _________________

From my Flash perspective (so I have no idea if I'm right) I'm guessing that BTC connects to the server the point BTC is visible (the BTC keyframe in the FLA file). Through this connection is detects whether the user has Mod access, and makes the Mod panel visible (or invisible) depending on the user's title.
In other words, there's a split second where BTC connects, and in that time, the Mod panel is still visible.
(Please correct me if I'm wrong) _________________ Twitter |

So basically the BTC client assumes everyone is a moderator when it loads up. This is then changes when the server connects. _________________ ^captincroc |

Yeah, that's why I originally thought it was a cache problem. _________________ ^captincroc |

It's a lot easier to spot on a slow Connection. _________________
