This has happened about 3 times for me.
I saw Leroy was at his house, so I went to his house and he wasn't there. I rechecked the address book it said he was still there and he wasn't there. This happened to me more than once so it must be a glitch and I hate seeing someone online when they're not. |

Yeah, it's most likely a shell. When the server resets it will be fixed.

Yeah, it normally does that with all public locations, too. Don't worry, when the server resets it should be fixed.

It sayed:
Milo Mazinga.
At Feather park.
I went there, nope.

Sure, whatever.
To explain, when a shell is there, generally if you try and move over each tile, you'll bounce back. It's a fairly common issue. I take it you haven't tried to go over all the tiles...?
There is also an issue where the Address book's tracking system isn't very reliable, could it be that one?
