Why am I not getting my credits when i do missions?

Well, Nace has done mission 1 and 2, so I think it's because Nace has already claimed the credits.

Yeah, but something is telling me he's just doing those missions how he did them last time, hoping to get more credits.

Well nace, you can only get so many credits per mission and once you have completed an objective in the mission you cannot obtain any more credits for that objective. To get more credits I would suggest playing all the missions and playing quiazboom.
