Floaties and Inner tubes hurray! 
Swimming/wading would be easy enough to program, just increase the size of the beach "room" and add small parts of island at the edge of the room that connects to the rest of the island. |

but, at the clothes shop, they should sell swim suits so BTC citizens can be able to swim and a lifeguard post too

Jumped off a boat and almost got dragged out into very deep waters. Thank god people saw me and got me to shore.

I really like the idea
Maybe we could swim to deep parts and see fishes swimming around as well (sorta like a mini game)

Yes, I swam right next to a massive jellyfish on the barrier reef without knowng. Luckily it was a 'snotty', they don't sting. 'Twas scary though.
