I've redrawn each letter by hand.

This should be turned into an installable font file. But only if Ioji clears this.

The installable font file is already done. I'm just waiting for permission to share it.

May I ask you, what program/editor/whatever did you use to create a font file?

See first post for new download link.

Installation (Windows):
1. Download the file
2. Go to C:\Windows\Fonts
3. Drag and drop the file into that folder

It can then be used in most popular windows applications.

Please tell me about any problems or suggestions.

Oh, I see this font isn't scalable.

On Windows XP 2, size 6 is the best. If you need a bigger size, you'll need to raise the size by 6. IE: 6, 12, 18, 24, etc...

However, raising the size makes the font jagged and not raising the size properly will stretch and skew the font.

As the original font is pixel based, it cannot easily be scaled.
Also, I'm pretty sure that it's 8, not 6 (8, 16, 24, 32 etc.).

Apparently it varies by OS. I get 6 as the best size on Windows XP Service Pack 2. Other OS's may use 8 as the best size.

Basically this is a copy of the font that is used inside BTC such as in speech bubbles and the journal.

You should try making the bigger font used for the title up there? ^^
