We see a dimly lit room, completely devoid of any objects. Suddenly, we hear footsteps approaching and a man enters view. The mysterious man is wearing a green turtleneck sweater and dark red pants. He begins to speak:

"As we all know, BTC doesn't exactly function as our physical world does. For years, bright minds have tried and failed to deduce the laws of nature that govern Bedtime City.

At today's scientific conference in Feather Park, it was decided that we would take this effort to the forum, to see what theories the citizens of Bedtime have."

Introducing, The Grand Unified Theory of BTC Physics.

Post your theories about "BTC Physics" here! Please remember to follow forum rules and be considerate to others.

Theorem #1: Bugs are conserved.

Theorem #2: The void surrounding BTC locations is not a void, rather, a flat, tangible surface that suspends locations above it.
Clicky.

Theorem #3: For every Knyh-action, there is an equal and opposite Tango-reaction. Clicky.

Postulate #1: Though untested, if two mods were to kick each other in the exact same instant, it would create a tear in the fabric of the BTC space-time continuum. (Themepark hypothesizes that this may have been responsible for the great BTC crash.)

Postulate #2 (Roxie's Rule): No, there's no goddang sushi bar. Stop asking.

Postulate #3 (The Themepark Exclusion Principle): states that two or more people cannot occupy the same tree hiding spot simultaneously.

Postulate #4: There are infinite beers in the beer fridges. This is unprovable, however, because there are a finite number of credits in the BTC economy, and stealing beer is classically prohibited.

Special thanks to the mysterious man (AKA Niall) for the excellent idea.

Postulate #6:

The void surrounding BTC locations is not a void, rather, a flat, tangible surface that suspends locations above it. We know that the void's surface is solid due to the solid, clear shadow upon the "floor" below the park.

If one compares the height of the void to the height of a male user to the void, they are nearly identical, with the male being but slightly taller.
For our purposes, I'll be using average American male height, as the subject used for comparison is American. 176.53cm [1]

Based on this estimation, it's likely that citizens travel between locations by navigating this flat plane that connects the locations of BTC, hopping on and off of the floating isles.

Up next, what causes the isles to float?

Our working hypothesis is that there is a singularity of some sort, absorbing all the credits. Either that, or one of the mods is embezzling the funds Razz

You guys are ridiculous. They go back into the daily rewards. That's why Ioji shut the site down for so long. We ran out of beer, icecream etc so he had to make up some more without people being able to buy them. Duh.

Theory:

The lava lounge lava lamp is really some kind of reactor that powers all of BTC. Perhaps some kind of thermal generator?
It'd be hard to prove, but maybe this is what provides our electricity.

theory: maybe quizaboom's safe is secretly a power source aswell as a safe which powers all the games in BTC, hence why the minigames don't work, because Quizaboom is offline...for now.
