every time when i put in a link of a site there comes a message saying:
We're sorry, but your message can't contain URLs. We do not allow users to post URLs until they have posted at least 100 legitimate posts and have been with us for more than 10 days.
what does it mean?

It means you're not trusted to post links until you have made 100 posts - Just look to the left of your posts to see how many posts you have.

It's mostly to stop advertising trolls/bots, just be patient and add spaces to break up the link, and somebody who can post links will make it clickable for you. It's annoying but without it there are problems.
