I just went through and figured out what it would cost to buy everything.
All furniture-23,100
All Floors and Wallpapers-5,240
All Clothes(male)-23,960
Yellow District Apartment-5,000
Total-57,300
While I was doing this I noticed a few minor errors. The biggest one is that the Big Sofas are priced at 400 instead of 600.

That's because of that bug that doesn't let the days reset.

Hello, I just registered 3 days ago and... I saw pictures of other people's house, and they had different furnitures and carpets, that I can't find in the shops... Can somebody tell me when will it be unlocked for me too?
Or what I have to do to unlock them?

The shops change their items everyday, so if you visit everyday, then eventually you'll find the items that you want :)
